We need to correct our path

Without a healthy planet, none of us will be around. It's simple and yet the current power structure that exists values money at all costs. We need to change that.

I am an advocate for renewable energy. I'm against logging the last old-growth forests we have left. 

​

We need to take a hard line stance on consumer products that are damaging the planet. Bottled water should be a bad word here with the abundance of amazing fresh water we have. 

​

Food coming from fish farms and pesticide fields should have no place in Whistler. If we take a hard line stance, people will take those lessons back home with them.

​

We can do a lot more, it just takes a bit of backbone to make it happen to stand up to the industries trying to protect their bottom line. But we don't have to sacrifice one for the other. Visitors will still come, still spend money.
